This time, Didier Chasteau is bringing an internationally acclaimed singer to our church, Mr. Gino Quilico.
$30 per person, benefit concert for the church.
RESERVATIONS are strongly advised, because the best seats, near the musicians, will be sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Gino Quilico has sung on the world's most prestigious opera stages, including La Scala (Milan), the Paris Opera, the Metropolitan Opera (New York) and of course the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. This time, he lends his baritone voice (admired by none other than Pavarotti when they sang together), to Jazz compositions, in the company of Didier Chasteau. There'll be a Tony Bennett selection during the evening, which will end with some Christmas carols for the season. All in all, a fine evening in store, in a heritage church with admirable acoustics.
The quartet will be completed by Guillaume Lefebvre on double bass and Guillaume Picard on drums. To hear Mr. Quilico, and other information, SEE THE HYPERLINKS BELOW.
